Registration

The registration is possible until February 7.

Deadline for registration, abstract submission and payment (early registration fee): February 7, 2015

The registration fee includes all scientific events, abstract booklet, welcome reception as well as lunch and refreshments during the conference days.

Early registration fee:
450 € for academic participants
350 € for Ph.D. students

Ph.D. students from Magdeburg can apply for a fee waiver funded by the CBBS (registration via ConfTool).

Late registration fee (at the meeting desk, cash only):
500 € for academic participants
400 € for Ph.D. students

Per diem tickets (at the meeting desk, cash only):
150 € for academic participants
120 € for Ph.D. students

Posters

The poster session is restricted to 75 posters. They should have portrait format. Poster size should be approx. DIN A0 (84,1x118,9 cm / 33.1x46.8 inch). The size of our poster boards is 1,15x1,45 m. Please apply for the poster session after your successful registration via ConfTool.
